It will take you 1 hour to get to Colorado (or almost) and believe us it's worth the detour. In this former ocher quarry, the change of scenery will be total. The walk is done on foot and you will have the possibility to choose between 2 routes: one of 40 minutes and the second of 1h45. These circuits are quite feasible with your children, they are even recommended, because they will be amazed and they will be able to run without you losing sight of them. Small personal recommendation, avoid white shoes if you don't want them to change color. The price for access to the car park is €5 per car. Once parked, you can access the site for free. It is also possible to take a guided tour for €8 per adult and €2 per child under 12 years old.

Le Grau du Roi and Saintes-Maries de la Mer

You can swim in one of the small beaches of this town located 1h30 from here. It's not very close we grant you, but the road is really worth it. The turquoise water, the pebble beaches and the majestic creeks will quickly make you forget the time spent on the road. You will love relaxing in the sun in one of the town's restaurants or taking a walk on one of the hiking trails, but you will also be able to take a boat or canoe trip. What better way to spend a wonderful day? In order to start your day in style, we strongly advise you to go to the Soubeyranes cliffs which will offer you an exceptional view of the entire coast. It is best to go there in the morning, because this place is really popular with tourists who go there in droves during the day. You see yourself there already, don't you? A little patience, the holidays are coming soon!
